  2. General information, not adviceThe site explains our services in general terms. It isn’t advice about your idea or your business: that comes only from an engagement with Murray. The idea quiz gives a reading of your own answers, not a professional assessment.
  3. Services and feesFees and what they include are set out in the proposal you accept before work begins. Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated.
  4. Your idea stays yoursSending an enquiry or taking the quiz doesn’t give us any rights to your idea or your business information. Details are shared only under a confidentiality agreement.
  5. Content on this siteThe words, images and design on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may share links to the site, but please don’t copy its content for commercial use without asking.
  6. Links to other sitesWhere we link to other websites, we aren’t responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
  7. LiabilityWe take care to keep the site accurate, but it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for loss arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
